Pulse Fit — Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pulse Fit mobile application (the “App”) provided by MonkeyPayPay. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by reverse-engineering it, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The App, its content, and its branding are owned by MonkeyPayPayand are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MonkeyPayPay is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes & termination
We may update the App or these Terms at any time, and may suspend or end access if you breach them. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
